Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://highdeserttransportllc.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. High Desert Transport LLC reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Construction Equipment Transport, Fifth Wheel Transport, Flatbed Trailer Transport, Heavy Equipment Hauling, RV Towing Service provided by High Desert Transport LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by High Desert Transport LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. High Desert Transport LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Warranty Disclaimer. High Desert Transport LLC makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of High Desert Transport LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify High Desert Transport LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Law and Venue. CO law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CO.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
